Our website includes a property search provided through the Sumter MLS Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program and a third-party IDX vendor, FBS Data Systems (Flexmls). When you use the property search, the vendor may collect information such as searches, saved properties and, if you create an account or request information, your contact details. That information may be shared with us so we can help you.

The IDX vendor's use of your information is also governed by its own privacy policy, available at wearefbs.com/privacy.

Contact Forms and Spam Protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a human-verification tool from Cloudflare, along with the built-in anti-spam protection in WPForms, to block spam. Turnstile may collect information about your device and how you interact with the page. Its use is subject to Cloudflare's own privacy policy (cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy).

Our website runs on WordPress and is hosted by Southeastern Technology. Our forms are built with WPForms, and form submissions are sent to us by email.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our service providers use them to make the site work, remember preferences and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features (like saved property searches) may not work properly without them.
